“ I tried this place after reading all the good reviews and I was not disappointed. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, making sure everyone was looked after. I had the Swabian Trilogy~an excellent introduction to the traditional food of the area. Big portions, great price and very tasty! ”

The building is ancient and it is a fancy place. I had to book a day in advance, by calling. They speak English and the service was really kind and fast. I ordered a big beer (of course) and pork medallion with some veggies. (There are two portions: little and normal one, I have ordered the normal). It was delicious, the espresso was just perfect and the dessert was kind of fried apples donuts with cinnamon and ice cream, really tasty. I bet this desert is typical because I have seen it in other menus. Totally suggested. They also have English menu and it is possible to pay with card. ”

If you are a meat person, I recommend you try it. If you like burgers, I highly recommend you try their "Big Daddy Burgers" with fries. Fries, by the way, is delicious! I will definitely come back here again! ”

“ We stayed at Hotel Weber am Bach for two nights after arriving unexpectedly due to car trouble — and we’re so glad we did. The hospitality was exceptional; the staff were kind, thoughtful, and really went out of their way to help us. The room was comfortable (though we missed having a fan), and the location is beautiful, with a peaceful view of a small river. In the morning, there was a varied and tasty breakfast, and they even let us take a few sandwiches for our journey home. The on-site restaurant is excellent, with a great menu and truly delicious food — well worth the price. A place we’ll definitely remember! ”
